'The Mount' is former quarry site. The club took the water on a few years ago when it was in a state of disrepair and neglect. Since then a small band of dedicated volunteers have cleared swims and paths and cleaned up the lake. It is now a pleasant fishery, surrounded by mature trees. The stock of fish is largely unknown. However, the water has produced a number of carp, which are known to reach mid-20s. 

There are two ponds included in the site that are productive for small fish, including roach, rudd, tench and crucians.

The fishery has a secure car park.
